What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Production Worker position at The Dimensional Group?
The Dimensional Group in Mason City, IA has an immediate need for full-time production workers.
Overview:
Our company offers floating production positions which are great for people with little to no manufacturing experience or people with manufacturing experience that want to have variety in their work day. This position gives you the chance to float between different departments (printing/heat sealing/ringing/packaging) using various machinery throughout your shift.
Production hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as well as potentially stand or sit for an entire 8 hour shift
- Ability to read, follow, and understand basic work instructions that can be either written or verbal
- Basic writing skills and general math skills
- Great attendance record
- Sharp attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a team setting or on a project alone
