- Proven experience developing user stories, use cases, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience creating UX mockups, wireframes, and process flows.
- 4 years of experience using Jira for requirements tracking, issue management, and project collaboration.
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive education-sector experience is mandatory for consideration.
