What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Project Manager - Remote position at The Dignify Solutions, LLC?
- This is a Remote Position in USA.
- Lead large-scale Salesforce implementation programs (single or multi-org) from inception through stabilization.
- Manage multi-cloud Salesforce engagements including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Govern delivery across cross-functional teams (Salesforce architects, developers, Client, QA, integration, data, change management).
- Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and control using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
Manufacturing / Automotive Domain Delivery
- Lead Salesforce programs covering:
- Dealer / Distributor network enablement
- Aftermarket service operations (case management, service contracts, entitlements)
- Warranty & claims management
- Assets / Installed base & serial number tracking
- Parts ordering, returns, and service logistics
- Fleet, B2B, and multi-site account hierarchies
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align to OEM, Tier-1 supplier, and distributor operating models.
