Event Producer

The Digital Chamber
Washington, DC Full Time
POSTED ON 6/29/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 12/24/2026

ABOUT THE DIGITAL CHAMBER:

The Digital Chamber is the world's leading trade association advancing blockchain and digital asset adoption. We work alongside policymakers, regulators, and the industry's most influential companies to shape the future of digital assets through education, advocacy, and collaboration.

Events are how we bring that mission to life.

From the DC Blockchain Summit to private executive dinners, policy roundtables, and member experiences, we convene the leaders shaping the future. Every event is designed to create meaningful conversations, strengthen relationships, and move the industry forward.

We're building TDC Live into the premier events platform for the digital asset ecosystem, and we're looking for an Event Producer to help make that happen.

THE ROLE:

We're looking for an experienced Event Producer who loves turning ambitious ideas into exceptional experiences. You'll own event production from concept through execution, ensuring every event runs seamlessly while creating memorable experiences for our members, partners, sponsors, policymakers, and industry leaders.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys producing live experiences. If you're energized by managing details, solving problems in real time, and seeing months of planning come together in a single unforgettable moment, you'll love this opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end production across TDC’s event portfolio, including the DC Blockchain Summit, half-day summits, member experiences, and strategic partner activations.
  • Own project plans, production timelines, budgets, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage all logistics, including venue sourcing, contracts, vendor management, AV, production, catering, registration, transportation, room blocks, signage, load-in/load-out, and on-site operations.
  • Serve as the primary production contact for members, sponsors, and strategic partners participating in TDC-led events and activations.
  • Support TDC Live by helping standardize event workflows, templates, production playbooks, and operating processes.
  • Partner with VP, Member Experience & Engagement to translate member needs, policy priorities, and sponsorship goals into scalable event formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evolve TDC event offerings beyond one-off programs by creating repeatable and scalable experiences.
  • Continuously improve production processes and attendee experiences by identifying opportunities to elevate each event.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience producing conferences, executive events, or experiential marketing.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining the ability to solve problems quickly in live event environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Willingness to travel and work evening or weekends as needed for key events.
  • Ability to lift and transport event equipment or supplies up to 30lbs.
  • Experience or interest in blockchain, digital assets, or emerging technology.

WE OFFER:

  • Produce some of the most influential blockchain and digital asset events in the world.
  • Work directly with industry leaders, policymakers, and executives shaping the future of digital assets.
  • Help build the next chapter of TDC Live alongside a small, high-performing team.
  • 15 days of PTO, 5 paid sick days, and paid holidays including federal holidays, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, Thanksgiving and the following Friday, and a Winter Break from December 24–January 1.
  • 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.

  • We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
