The Sales Support Analyst plays an integral role in supporting the growth and success of the Sales Team. This individual will assist in the execution of new business initiatives by managing quoting activities, preparing client-facing materials, and collaborating closely with Senior Sales Consultants. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who demonstrates determination, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

- Assist in the set-up of New Business Exhibits in the Online Quoting Tool within Salesforce
- Translate and prepare quote Exhibits into Excel format health insurance proposals and PowerPoint presentation decks - ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Senior Sales Consultants team to learn effective sales strategies and best practices used by the Difference Card.
- Participant in a daily status update meetings for all quotes generated and presentations.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
- Activity: Daily setup of financial exhibits and presentation materials for senior consultants
- Quality: High quote accuracy and customized outputs for each case
- Production: Drives process improvements to support sales growth
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Sales Support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Basic understanding of health insurance terms and principles (i.e. summary of benefits).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and marketing presentation.
- Salesforce proficiency – basic data entry, reporting and data manipulation.
- Motivation to learn and grow within the health insurance industry.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
