Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Bagel Baker located in Ashburn, VA. The Bagel Baker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of bagels according to our established recipes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include mixing and kneading dough, shaping bagels, monitoring baking times and temperatures, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Bagel Baker may also assist with other bakery tasks as needed to support our team.
Qualifications
- Experience in baking and dough preparation
- Attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality baked goods
- Knowledge of gluten-free and allergy-friendly baking practices is a plus
