In-office | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM | 20 hours/week | Compensation commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
- Execute trades and securities transactions under advisor direction, in keeping with firm and regulatory guidelines
- Open new accounts and accurately facilitate money movement transactions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client account questions and service needs
- Liaise professionally with clients, CPAs, attorneys, and other professional contacts and vendors on documentation and service needs
- Maintain detailed records in the firm's CRM
- Assist clients with online account access and platform navigation
- Support advisors with scheduling and events
Requirements
- Active Series 7/Series 66 license required; candidates with a recently lapsed license eligible for reinstatement are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a licensed client service or operations role
- Familiarity with securities regulations and firm compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and a client-first attitude
- A team-first attitude with the initiative to anticipate needs and follow through without being asked
- Microsoft Office proficiency
