Responsibilities:
The Di Salvo Engineering Group has been in business for over 50 years and TDEG is looking for an Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator at our Connecticut office to keep our operations in Connecticut and Colorado running smoothly while supporting the execution of our marketing initiatives.
Applicants best suited for this role will have excellent communication and organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office, and experience with database management and marketing coordination. As the Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency, maintain compliance with office policy, and assist in promoting TDEG’s services and projects.
Responsibilities include managing emails, mail, packages, and phone calls; tracking and replacing office supplies; maintaining and updating databases; and creating and coordinating promotional and marketing materials.
In addition, this role will support marketing efforts including creating and coordinating email newsletters, designing and assisting with postcard and email campaigns, updating project sheets and resumes, managing LinkedIn posts, maintaining and updating the company website, and helping execute the company’s annual marketing plan.
Requirements:
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator, marketing coordinator, or in another relevant position
• Outstanding ability to communicate in person, in writing, and over the phone
• Familiarity with common office procedures and principles
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
• Experience or interest in marketing, communications, or business development
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media (preferred), including WordPress, Constant Contact, LinkedIn, and SuiteCRM
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to learn new skills and tasks
As an Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while supporting the company’s marketing and business development efforts. You will be responsible for performing various administrative and marketing tasks to support the daily functions of the organization.
