The Fleet Operations Coordinator is the on-the-ground operator responsible for ensuring that our premium fleet of Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) is always rental-ready and delivered with concierge-level service. This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and follows a structured playbook to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining fleet reliability, safety, and compliance.
Guest Service & Delivery
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle deliveries and pickups.
- Provide white-glove guest interactions, including vehicle walkthroughs and basic operation instructions.
- Respond promptly to guest questions, issues, or service needs.
- Gather guest feedback and encourage reviews to strengthen brand reputation.
- Perform daily fleet checks: charging status, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Conduct minor repairs.
- Onboard and Schedule licensed mechanics for major repairs and track progress.
- Onboard new delivery vendors
- Maintain logs of fleet utilization, downtime, and maintenance activity.
- Conduct and document safety inspections (lights, seatbelts, tires, signals).
- Track and report insurance claims, incidents, and accidents.
- Monitor wear-and-tear to anticipate larger repair needs (predictive maintenance).
- Ensure all carts maintain current registrations and remain compliant with local laws.
- Manage supplies and consumables (cleaning materials, chargers, replacement parts).
- Coordinate with vendors (mechanics, tow services, detailing teams).
- Assist with seasonal fleet relocation preparation and logistics.
- Strong hands-on operator with mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record required.
- Prior experience in fleet management, rentals, hospitality, or automotive service is a plus.
- On-time delivery & pickup rate.
- Fleet readiness score (clean, charged, inspected).
- Customer satisfaction / review ratings.
- Reduction in downtime due to proactive maintenance.
- Compliance completion rate (safety inspections, registrations, documentation).
Salary : $57,000 - $60,000
