RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist individuals and families with housing and support services
- Participate in workforce training and job readiness programs
- Support early childhood education programs and classroom operations
- Maintain organization, documentation, and communication with team members
- Work directly with community members across assigned program areas
- Follow structured program guidelines and leadership direction
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles
PAY RANGE
$17.25 – $31.00 per hour depending on role and experience
LOCATION & SERVICE AREA
Headquartered in Cape Coral, FL
Positions may be assigned across multiple counties throughout Florida depending on program needs.
Hybrid, field-based, and on-site opportunities available.
