Job Description:
We are looking for a Travel Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their ideal vacations, ensuring they receive outstanding service and expert travel recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Research, plan, and book cruises, hotels, and customized vacation packages for clients
- Offer tailored travel recommendations based on clients’ preferences, needs, and budgets
- Work directly with top travel suppliers to secure the best deals and exclusive promotions
- Stay informed on industry trends, travel policies, and emerging destinations
- Handle client inquiries, modifications, and cancellations professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate booking records and provide timely follow-ups with clients
- Participate in ongoing training and supplier webinars to stay up-to-date on the latest travel offerings
- Must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for travel and creating exceptional experiences for clients
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable using online booking platforms and learning new software
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the travel industry is a plus but not required
