The Desire Company is seeking experienced Culinary Experts based in Bentonville, Arkansas to participate in paid brand projects with leading food, kitchen, grocery, and home brands. This is a great opportunity to use your professional cooking experience and product knowledge to collaborate on content that helps shoppers make confident purchase decisions.
Project Overview:
- Filming Location: Bentonville, AR (or surrounding areas; travel covered if required)
- Time on Set: Approximately 3–5 hours (half-day; subject to change)
- Final Deliverables: 1 Product Recommendation Video per project
- Starting At: $1,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product evaluations and provide expert insights related to kitchen tools, appliances, ingredients, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Participate in a brief pre-production call to align on project goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with our production crew during on-site filming sessions.
- Communicate your professional recommendations in a clear, relatable manner for consumers.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Culinary Professional, Chef, or Food Expert, with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen tools, appliances, ingredients, and food preparation.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking about your expertise on camera are highly valued.
