What You'll Do
As a Host, you'll help set the tone for every guest's experience by:
- Greeting every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Managing reservations and walk-in guests while maintaining accurate wait times
- Seating guests efficiently while balancing server sections and the flow of the dining room
- Answering phones and assisting guests with reservations and general inquiries
- Communicating effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Assisting with guest requests and helping resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entrance
- Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them back for another memorable visit
