Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Follow lesson plans and teach all subject areas.
- Track student progress and plan lessons accordingly.
- Follow established procedures and behavior expectations for the management of multi-age classes.
- Communicate with teacher and admins to inform, update, and discuss students’ challenges and successes.
- Maintain professional atmosphere.
- Regularly adjust to flexible scheduling and frequent student changes.
- Supervise students in out-of-classroom activities as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
- Teaching experience required.
- Experience working with children with language-based learning differences preferred.
