What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at The DePaul Group?
Under the direction of the Director of Sales and the Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant interacts with current and prospective customers to welcome them to a Judd Builders' community. The position also includes administratively supporting the Community Sales Consultants and completes all paperwork as expected and positively participates as part of the Judd Builders' team.
Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment and successfully and positively communicate with supervisor, members of other departments, peers, customers and vendors
- Arrive at model prior to advertised hours to assist in performing opening procedures
- Meet and greet every customer and demonstrate model
- Schedule customer meetings and other business appointments for Sales Manager or Consultants
- Proactively connects with people to make them feel comfortable and follows up to reinforce buying decision
- Accurate completion of clear and concise documentation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Broad knowledge of Judd Builders and neighborhoods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Portrays sincerity and positive outlook
- Adheres to Sales & Marketing and Company policies
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and Builder Trend
- Organization and time management skills
