Position Description

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance through phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, a strong communicator, and able to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, billing questions, order processing, and account updates.

  • Resolve complaints by clarifying the issue, identifying solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions and update records in the company’s CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

  • Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while working remotely.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote environment.

  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and a quiet workspace.
