Patient Care Coordinator - Rochester Prosthodontics

The Dental Specialists Rochester Prosthodontics is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Starting Salary $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Education Requirements

Associates/Bachelor degree preferred or industry related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment

Professional customer service

Effective communicator and team player

Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Monday - 730am - 430pm

Tuesday - 730am - 430pm

Wednesday - 730am - 430pm

Thursday - 730am - 430pm

Fridays - Off or option to work half day (admin)
