What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator - Float position at The Dental Specialists?
The Dental Specialists are seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator (Float) to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management. This Patient Care Coordinator will travel to all TDS locations to cover for Periodontics, Pediatrics, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics.

Starting Salary $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Monday through Friday from 700am-400pm, but the locations (Maple Grove and Brookpark) will vary depending on the need.
