Overview
The Dental Specialists Edina Orthodontics is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management. This role is critical to the success of our patients and practice.
Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Preferred Qualifications- Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment- Professional customer service- Effective communicator and team player- Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Work Schedule
Mondays: 7:30-5:15 rotate between Burnsville/Edina
Tuesday: 7:30-5:15 Edina
Wednedays: 7:30-5:15 Burnsville
Thursdays: 7:30-5:15 Edina
Fridays: 7:45-12 Edina
