We’re an upscale, privately owned dental office, and we’re looking for a rockstar Front Desk Team Member to keep things running smoothly on the front lines. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patients, the mastermind behind efficient scheduling, and the go-to person for keeping our operations seamless.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming all patients upon entry to the office
- Making all patients feel like top priority
- Keeping schedules organized and patients happy
- Answering phones like a pro (because first impressions matter!)
- Handling patient records with precision (no lost files on your watch!)
- Assisting with billing, financial reports, and office coordination

What We’re Looking For:

- 2 years of administrative experience (dental/medical office preferred, but not required)
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- A friendly, professional personality with top-notch communication skills
- Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat

- High school diploma required (college education in business or healthcare is a plus)

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
