What You’ll Do
- As an Advanced Dental Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering preventive and restorative care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. Your daily work will include:
- Perform oral evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses within the ADT scope of practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Providing restorative treatments such as fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies/pulpectomies, and pediatric extractions (within scope of practice)
- Performing preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and guiding them toward better oral health
- Collaborating with our dentist and team to create comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintaining detailed clinical notes and patient records
- Staying current on CE and emerging best practices in dentistry
- Manage clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling oversight, and coordination of the dental team.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $480–$600 per day guaranteed base pay (8-hour shift) with an unlimited earning potential through our bonus system
- Sign On Bonus up to $5,000
- Flexible scheduling: 22.5 to 37.5 hours/week

About You
You’re a licensed Advanced Dental Therapist in Minnesota who is:
- Friendly, dependable, and passionate about serving patients of all ages
- Especially comfortable working with children
- Eager to grow professionally and learn new skills
- A great communicator and team player
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday only
Work Location: In-person, St. Paul, MN
