What You’ll Do

• As an Advanced Dental Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering preventive and restorative care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. Your daily work will include:
• Perform oral evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses within the ADT scope of practice.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Providing restorative treatments such as fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies/pulpectomies, and pediatric extractions (within scope of practice)
• Performing preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and guiding them toward better oral health
• Collaborating with our dentist and team to create comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintaining detailed clinical notes and patient records
• Staying current on CE and emerging best practices in dentistry
• Manage clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling oversight, and coordination of the dental team.

• Competitive pay: $480–$600 per day guaranteed base pay (8-hour shift) with an unlimited earning potential through our bonus system
• Sign On Bonus up to $5,000

About You

You’re a licensed Advanced Dental Therapist in Minnesota who is:

• Friendly, dependable, and passionate about serving patients of all ages
• Especially comfortable working with children
• Eager to grow professionally and learn new skills
• A great communicator and team player
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday only

Work Location: In-person, St. Paul, MN
