· Comfortable selling the value dental treatment to patients
· World Class Customer Service
Essential Functions:
- Must be comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options.
- Ability to explain the value of dental treatment and convert same-day treatment.
- Must be willing to have uncomfortable conversations with patients, and eager to follow up with patients with unscheduled treatment.
- Mastery of dental insurance so you can answer insurance-related questions.
- Impeccable organization for record-keeping
- A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule
- Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service

- Dental Treatment Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Dental office: 2 years (Required)
