Seeking a So Cal President of Employee Benefits for a private national retail broker that can be housed out of DTLA, Irvine or Woodland Hills, CA.
· Manage health and welfare P&L overseeing three So Cal office locations.
· Strategy and Leadership: Developing and executing the strategic vision for employee benefits programs, aligning them with the organization's goals and workforce needs. Implement processes to drive, growth retention, etc
· Client Management & Consulting: Managing and nurturing trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients at all levels of C-Suite and non-executive positions, offering strategic guidance on employee benefits, identifying cost-effective solutions, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
. Budget and Cost Management: Overseeing the budget for benefits programs, negotiating with vendors, providing underwriting direction and managing costs to ensure clients offer competitive benefits while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
· Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing data analytics to track program performance, employee engagement, and cost-effectiveness. They analyze trends, make data-driven decisions, and generate reports for senior management or clients.
Salary : $250,000 - $350,000
