Compensation And Benefits

• Salary: $300K Bonus call pay
• Bonus = 40% of gross charges totaling over $420K
• Sign on Bonus: $160K day 1
• Call paid $125.00 Hr.
• CME - $5K days
• Residency Stipend: $30K per year
• Retention bonus - 5% of annual salary
• Vacation - 6 weeks annually
• Holidays - 6 days annually
• Relocation - $12K
• Health, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare
• 403 (b), Retirement plan 5% of salary

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

• Clinic 8am-5pm M-F
• Call rotation 1:5 - IP/ER
• No OB required "but" is an option if interested - (C-sections)
• Skilled Nursing Facility/Swing beds
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• BC or BE within 1 year of employment
