Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage anesthesia equipment, medications, and supplies to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by a recognized accrediting agency.
• Active licensure in good standing in all states where services will be provided.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRNA in an inpatient setting, preferably with a focus on perioperative care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
