Job Description:The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales within the Wholesale division. This role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding their needs, and promoting products to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the agricultural community.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of agricultural clients.
- Sales Presentations:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase agricultural products.
- Highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure sales agreements.
- Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agricultural clients.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field.
- 2 years sales experience in agricultural sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products, practices, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
