Work Schedule
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday (weekends off)
- 8 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines
- Hoop garments and products accurately
- Load designs and prepare machines for production
- Monitor embroidery quality throughout each production run
- Troubleshoot thread breaks, tension issues, and machine errors
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Elevate quality standards
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Prepare garments and products for embroidery
- Trim, inspect, fold, and package completed orders
- Help maintain a clean, organized production area
- Work closely with production and customer service teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Preferred:
- Experience operating commercial embroidery equipment (Tajima)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple jobs while maintaining quality
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
