- Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through settlement
- Communicate regularly with clients providing outstanding customer service
- Request, organize, and review medical records and billing statements.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents
- Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and lien holders
- Draft demand packages, correspondence, and other case-related documents
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure files remain organized and up to date.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the firm's case management system.
