Job Summary

The Operations Leadership Trainee is a hands-on, multi-functional role designed to prepare the next generation of leaders. This position combines warehouse management, logistics coordination, office administration, and assistant general management responsibilities. You'll learn the business from the ground up — leading people, managing processes, and ensuring every delivery and installation reflects our values of Customer Focus, Accountability, Professionalism, and Efficiency (C.A.P.E.)

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Logistics: Oversee daily operations, including receiving, inventory, packing, dispatching, and delivery coordination.
• Office Management: Support administrative functions such as scheduling, reporting, vendor communication, and customer service.
• Leadership Development: Supervise and support staff, learn performance management, and act as a key partner to the General Manager.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction reflects care, professionalism, and a "done right the first time” standard.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency, safety, and service enhancements across all operations.

What We're Looking For

• A motivated leader eager to grow into an Assistant General Manager role or an additional role with Mashburn!
• Experience (3 years) in warehouse, logistics, office management, or related fields
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while modeling professionalism
• Commitment to accountability and delivering excellence on the first try

Compensation Range: $23.00 - $28.00 / hour
