Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Automotive Mechanic to join our team. Duties

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire service, and brake repair.
• Diagnose and repair automotive issues related to engines, transmissions, powertrains, and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections and tests on vehicles to identify problems using automotive diagnostics tools.
• Repair or replace parts such as shocks & struts, alignment components, and suspension systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the repair process.
• Read and interpret schematics for complex automotive systems.
• Work on diesel engine repairs and air brake systems as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with dealership experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with GM vehicles is advantageous.
• Ability to perform auto body repair tasks when necessary.
• Welding skills are considered an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnostics and repairs.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
