About the Role: We are an event decor and production company seeking a detail-oriented Event Floral Prep Assistant to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be stationed primarily at our facility to handle the crucial pre-event preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft, arrange, and assemble artificial/silk floral arrangements for upcoming events.
- Organize, inventory, and maintain event props and warehouse materials.
- Assist the production team in ensuring all decor elements are prepped and ready for deployment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience or a foundational background in floral design is highly preferred.
- Ability to organize items efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse/office environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
