We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to sell luxury developments in prestigious markets:


  • Naples, Florida: Lead the launch of a transformative luxury development in downtown Naples on the bay with a marina component thoughtfully crafted and designed amenity and services

Your Responsibilities

  • Convert sales leads into buyers through proactive communication and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers, brokers, and referral partners
  • Conduct in-depth sales presentations within a state-of-the-art sales gallery
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with marketing, ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Communicate the unique value of luxury properties to prospective buyers
  • Guide buyers through every step of the luxury home-buying process
  • Ensure all sales contracts, disclosures, and documentation are handled in compliance with state and local regulations
  • Negotiate contracts to secure successful sales
  • Track and report on sales metrics, absorption rates, and pipeline forecasts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines
  • Oversee the day-to-day sales operations for the condominium project, including staffing, training, and performance management of sales associates
  • Analyze market data to ensure competitiveness

 

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 5 years in new development sales
  • Minimum 2–3 years of management experience, leading sales teams in a high-performance environment
  • Active Florida real estate license (required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for luxury real estate and new construction
  • Strong knowledge of luxury buyer profiles, market trends, and high-net-worth customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer & client-relations skills
  • Highly organized with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to work some nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (boxes of print materials) 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation


Compensation

  • Pay range Draw against commission above $100,000 annually with the potential to make over $300,000 per year
  • Type of Employment - 1099

Salary : $100,000 - $300,000
