We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to sell luxury developments in prestigious markets:
- Naples, Florida: Lead the launch of a transformative luxury development in downtown Naples on the bay with a marina component thoughtfully crafted and designed amenity and services

Your Responsibilities
- Convert sales leads into buyers through proactive communication and follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers, brokers, and referral partners
- Conduct in-depth sales presentations within a state-of-the-art sales gallery
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with marketing, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Communicate the unique value of luxury properties to prospective buyers
- Guide buyers through every step of the luxury home-buying process
- Ensure all sales contracts, disclosures, and documentation are handled in compliance with state and local regulations
- Negotiate contracts to secure successful sales
- Track and report on sales metrics, absorption rates, and pipeline forecasts
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines
- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations for the condominium project, including staffing, training, and performance management of sales associates
- Analyze market data to ensure competitiveness
What You Bring
- 7–10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 5 years in new development sales
- Minimum 2–3 years of management experience, leading sales teams in a high-performance environment
- Active Florida real estate license (required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for luxury real estate and new construction
- Strong knowledge of luxury buyer profiles, market trends, and high-net-worth customer expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer & client-relations skills
- Highly organized with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work some nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (boxes of print materials)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
Compensation
- Pay range Draw against commission above $100,000 annually with the potential to make over $300,000 per year
- Type of Employment - 1099
