We are a team.As a Listing Agent, you’ll focus on seller consultations, pricing strategy, negotiations, and client relationships. Our in-house marketing, operations, and transaction coordination teams handle the backend so you can stay focused on listings and closings. You’ll be supported by proven listing processes, strong brand presence, and experienced leadership.We believe in quality over quantity. Our team is collaborative, competitive, and accountability-driven. We invest heavily in our agents through training, mentorship, and systems that actually work.Applicants must live in Contra Costa or Solano County. We operate out of two offices in Hercules and Fairfield, and local market knowledge is essential.If you’re ready to build a real listing business with the support of a high-performing team, let’s do it together.Compensation:$120,000Responsibilities:Manage the full listing process from appointment to closing, delivering a high-level client experienceConduct listing consultations, pricing strategy discussions, and market analyses for sellersLeverage the team’s in-house marketing and listing systems to launch and promote propertiesCollaborate with marketing, operations, and transaction coordination to ensure smooth executionHost listing appointments, open houses, and private showings as neededNegotiate offers and contracts to achieve the strongest outcome for sellersCommunicate consistently with clients and keep transactions moving forwardStay informed on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano CountyQualifications:Active or perusing California real estate licenseExperience in residential real estate sales, with an interest or focus on listingsStrong understanding of pricing strategy, market data, and seller positioningAbility to confidently communicate with sellers and manage ongoing client relationshipsProven or developing negotiation skills with a focus on protecting client outcomesComfortable collaborating with marketing, operations, and transaction coordination teamsExperience hosting open houses and private showings, or willingness to learn our systemMust live in Contra Costa or Solano County and be familiar with the local marketCoachable, professional, and able to follow team systems and processesAbout CompanyThe Davis Team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in California, built to help Listing Agents operate at a higher level through leverage, systems, and support.
