What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Buyer's Sales Agent position at The Davis Team?
We’re looking for a motivated, professional Buyer’s Agent to join our growing real estate team.
This is not a brokerage role. You’ll be joining a high-performing team with real systems, real support, and real opportunities. As a Buyer’s Agent on our team, you’ll work directly with high-intent buyer leads, including Zillow and online leads, while being supported by our operations, marketing, and leadership teams.
You will guide clients through the entire home-buying process, from the first conversation to showing homes, writing offers, negotiating contracts, and getting them successfully to the closing table. You will be the main point of contact for your buyers and play a critical role in delivering a strong client experience.
Applicants must live in Contra Costa or Solano County.
Our team operates out of two offices: Hercules and Fairfield, and local market knowledge is essential.
