As a Buyer’s Agent, your primary role is to connect with motivated buyers, set appointments, conduct consultations, show homes, write offers, and guide clients through escrow. You’ll work with high-intent buyer leads, including Zillow and team-generated online leads, while being supported by our operations, marketing, and transaction coordination teams.
We believe in quality over quantity. Our agents are held accountable, trained consistently, and surrounded by other producers who are serious about winning.
Applicants must live in Contra Costa or Solano County.
We operate out of two offices: Hercules and Fairfield.
