Responsibilities of the Production Inspector:
- Review and work from detailed Process Sheets, Visual Aid Packages, and other relevant documentation.
- Inspect for proper positioning of components, soldering, and other quality requirements.
- Verify placement, polarity, and labels on circuit boards.
- Utilize inspection tools and equipment, including optical equipment and X-ray machines, to assess component acceptability.
- Participate in providing feedback to operations and management regarding quality and process improvements.
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1 years of experience in basic electronics manufacturing.
- 2 years of advanced electronics inspection experience, including Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
