Responsibilities of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler:
- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to written instructions and drawings.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate a range of production tools and equipment (manual to computer-controlled) as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly within a production environment.
- Experience with electrical assembly processes.
- Basic soldering skills preferred.
- Reliable communication skills—both written and verbal.
