What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time QuickBooks Bookeeper/Office Assistant position at The Davidson Company?
Part time office administrator to help in managing the Hagerstown Branch of a larger Company
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
-Use QuickBooks to invoice customers for good purchased and service supplied
-Monitor requests for service and support for computer related systems that we sell & service
-Learn to perform basic programming tasks for automated business solution products that we sell.
-Occasionally (once/month), if comfortable, visit clients and be the "eyes" for a remote IT professional performing a software repair remotely
-Occasionally (once/month), if comfortable, visit a prospective client to be "on site eyes" for a sales representative performing a remote demonstration
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
--Minimum one year experience working with QuickBooks
--Ability to work well under pressure
--Above average communication skills
--Above average knowledge of Excel and Word
--Very flexible in schedule and hours, could work 4 hours a week, could work 20 hours per week, could work into full time, depending on candidates goals
