What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salon Receptionist position at The David Salon?
The front desk team is the core of David Salon. The coordinator is the first and last impression of the company to the salon guest. As a salon coordinator, the primary responsibilities are to ensure each guest receives the ultimate salon experience and the daily salon operations run consistent with the company vision, mission, values of David Salon. Daily functions will include working with David Salon guests, management team and service providers.

- Possess exemplary guest service skills and communicate professionally
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to become proficient in Meevo 2.0 software
- Independent worker with a clear commitment to personal growth and the desire to learn
- Learn the features and benefits of all retail products as to answer questions and make product recommendations
- Be able to responsibly handle monetary transactions
- Know all systems, scripts, and guest handling procedures
- Memorization of all services and pricing guidelines
- Be efficient and organized in all tasks and keeping your work space clean and orderly
Education
- High school graduate with completed college units or previous salon experience

- Present a professional image: hair, attire, makeup, and self-confidence
- Arrive promptly for work and all scheduled team meetings and training sessions

Work Hours
- Part time to full time, hours vary. Must be available Monday-Saturday.
