Scenergy Dating LLC, DBA The Dating Doc, is the premier dating service for singles seeking an alternative solution through social events and expert coaching. The company has become the destination for quality singles that have become increasingly exhausted by "swipe" culture and seek to humanize the experience of connection.
The Dating Doc also produces dynamic content which promotes a combination of education and entertainment over all social media platforms. The company primarily operates in the San Antonio, TX area and provides coaching and counseling for clients nationwide.
The Dating Doc is currently seeking qualified Executive Personal Assistants to assist with coordinating internal tasks for our CEO. The position is located in the San Antonio, TX area.
Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Role: The Executive Personal Assistant is primarily responsible for the overall organization and efficiency of the CEO. Additional tasks include assisting in the planning and coordination of daily, weekly, and periodic business and personal tasks. Additionally, the Executive Personal Assistant is responsible for contacting clients, prospective clients, and strategic partners while completing other company related tasks.
The role is hybrid in nature; 70% remote and 30% in person.
Compensation: $20-$35 an hour dependent on project and allocated hours.
Training: Assistant will receive a minimum of 2 hours, but not to exceed 10, of in person training and virtual training by company management. This will include learning systems, roles, and reviewing tasks.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
