The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, driven Inside Sales Representative to act as the engine of our sales pipeline. This is a high-impact opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the persistence to turn a "maybe" into a "yes." You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals involving both Google Solutions and our specialized NetSuite SuiteApps for government contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Outbound Campaign Follow-Up: Execute rigorous follow-up on marketing campaigns to convert interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound leads and move them through the sales funnel, consistently hitting targets for appointment setting and deal closures.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and deal stages in NetSuite.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and a unified brand message.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales or lead generation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Cloud solutions and NetSuite ERP/Financial solutions is highly preferred.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and GovTribe is essential.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; a master of the "warm call" with the ability to build immediate rapport.
  • Sales Acumen: A proven track record of setting appointments and closing deals independently.
  • Resilience: A "thick skin" and a positive, high-energy attitude in the face of rejection.
  • Efficiency: Ability to multitask and prioritize activities in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
