Corporate Events & Investor Relations Specialist
I. JOB SUMMARY:
The Corporate Events & Investor Relations Specialist (CEIRS) leads the planning and execution of high-impact internal Company events. The CEIRS closely collaborates with internal departments including Marketing, Human Resources and Executive Leadership to ensure events align with business goals and reflect the Company’s culture and values. CEIRS provides essential support to the investor relations function by assisting with communications, coordinating key events, and helping ensure the smooth and compliant flow of information to our shareholder community.
The CEIRS also provides high-level support with shareholder transactions—such as purchases, sales, and ownership changes—through close collaboration with various internal departments. The CEIRS demonstrates outstanding organizational and communication abilities, along with a polished, detail-oriented approach capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
II. JOB DUTIES:
Corporate Events:
- Lead the end-to-end planning of key internal events—including the annual strategic planning meeting, shareholder events, staff celebrations, and executive sessions—and provide logistical support for board meetings, ensuring each aligns with organizational goals and standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Executive Leadership, HR, Marketing) to define goals, budgets, and event requirements.
- Oversee and implement all logistical aspects of events, encompassing venue coordination, catering, audio/visual setup, transportation, content management, and accommodations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to schedule content and speakers.
- Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage event budgets.
- Manage event timelines, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to confirm guest registration, invitations, and RSVPs, ensuring high-touch experience.
- Coordinate post-event reporting, feedback collection, and analysis to measure success.
- Support virtual and hybrid event formats using appropriate technology platforms.
- Ensure all events comply with banking regulations, confidentiality standards, and internal brand guidelines.
Investor Relations:
- Key point of contact, establishes and maintains relationships with shareholders.
- Assist shareholders with paperwork for all transactions (sell, purchase, title changes, transfers, etc.) of shares for both current shareholders and new shareholders with the assistance of the Accounting Department.
Compliance
- Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Marketing, Communications or Hospitality preferred.
Skills:
- A proven eagerness to learn and internalize company culture and audience insights to inform all decision-making and project work.
- Proven ability to coordinate high-level events and interact with Senior Executives & internal teams as an Event Coordinator or a similar role.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills. Proactively take ownership of tasks and projects, including knowing when to direct and delegate, as well as when to accept direction and feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in planning, coordination, and execution of all event logistics.
- Able to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities, project requirements, and business needs.
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Cvent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and track project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate event planning required.
- 2–5 years in investor relations, finance, or banking preferred.
