New agents receive a step-by-step onboarding process to get affiliated with LPT, introduced to Dark Horse systems, and trained on the tools, values, and lead processes used by the team.
Ongoing support includes: Weekly team meetings 1-on-1 sales coaching Role play opportunities Tools and technology training Lead conversion support Accountability with sales leadership Support Systems:
