The Darien Care Collective, powered by Atelier Care, is seeking an experienced bilingual and highly organized Client Care & Operations Coordinator to help support the daily operations of our growing luxury private-pay care company serving Fairfield County.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the operational side of home care and the importance of creating a warm, seamless, concierge-level client experience.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
• Private home care or healthcare staffing
• Caregiver scheduling and shift coordination
• EVV systems and documentation
• Payroll and timekeeping review
• Client and caregiver communication
• ADL documentation and compliance
• Managing last-minute coverage calmly and professionally
Responsibilities Include:
• Coordinating caregiver schedules and shift coverage
• Supporting caregivers and maintaining clear communication
• Reviewing timesheets, documentation, and daily care logs
• Assisting with intake coordination and client follow-up
• Helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations
• Supporting a high-touch, luxury client experience
