Duties

- Conduct engaging dance classes for students of varying skill levels, ensuring a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques to maintain a focused environment.
- Provide individualized attention and tutoring to students as needed, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with other instructors on lesson planning and curriculum development to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Organize performances and recitals, encouraging student participation and showcasing their progress.
- Maintain an understanding of childhood development principles, especially when working with younger students in early childhood education settings.
- Utilize photography skills to capture class moments and performances for promotional materials or student keepsakes.
