Objectives of the Position:
The Dance Connection is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate skilled dance instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching various styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, tap, acrobatics, contemporary, lyrical and hip hop, to students of all ages and skill levels. We are looking for exceptional educators to teach dynamic and inspiring dance classes in Avon,
MA. In this role you will work with a dedicated team of dance educators to deliver our program to dancers ages 2 through Adults. A strong passion for dance and the ability to motivate and inspire students is essential.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Inspire dancers ages 2 through Adults by teaching weekly classes.
Creating innovative & compelling choreography.
Providing constructive feedback to students.
Create your own lesson plans.
Contribute to our team communications, emails and meetings.

Essentials:
- 5 years plus experience
- Experience with all ages and levels
- Looking for recreational and competition instructors
- Acro certified a plus
- PBT certified a plus
- RAD certified a plus
- Reliable Transportation
- Demonstrate safe teaching methods
- Willing to work on continuing your dance education
- Choreograph for performances/competitions
