We are looking for a Social Media & Paid Digital Manager who understands how organic storytelling and paid strategy work together to drive real impact. This is a hybrid position and is based in our Miami office.
The Role
This is not a “post and schedule” position. This manager will lead both organic and paid digital efforts for the agency and our clients - developing content and campaigns that capture attention, drive engagement and convert.
What You’ll Do:
- Own day-to-day social media strategy and execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with PR campaigns, launches and key moments.
- Curate and oversee creative content production (photo, video, captions, stories, reels).
- Plan, execute and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage budgets, targeting, A/B testing and performance tracking for paid media.
- Develop targeted strategies based on data insights and audience research to reach the right customer segments and drive results across awareness, engagement and conversion goals.
- Lead creative teams to conceptualize and develop ad content that aligns with brand messaging and performance objectives, offering input grounded in platform-specific best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with platform innovations, policy changes and algorithm shifts to keep campaigns effective and competitive.
- Create and present campaign reports that include strategic insights, performance data and optimization recommendations to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Help manage campaign
- budgets, pacing and projections to ensure efficient media spend and alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate with PR teams to amplify press hits, event coverage and brand storytelling.
- Identify and act on real-time trends and cultural moments.
- Manage community engagement - comments, DMs and brand voice consistency.
- Track performance metrics across both organic and paid, delivering clear insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with photographers, creators, influencers and media buyers as needed.
Who You Are:
- 5 years of experience across social media and paid digital (agency experience preferred).
- Deep expertise in Instagram and TikTok across both organic content strategy and paid media execution.
- Data-driven but creatively led - you know how to balance performance with brand storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
- Strong copywriting skills with an editorial, brand-forward tone.
- Visually driven with a sharp eye for aesthetics, design, copy and content quality.
- Highly organized and able to cross-team and manage multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously.
- Proactive, creative and tuned into culture, hospitality and lifestyle trends.
