In-Office Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

The Damadeo Agency Inc is an established, award-winning Allstate Agency looking for a Licensed In-office Sales Producer who is competitive, coachable, and motivated to build a real career.

We provide warm leads, strong in-office support, a proven sales process, and ongoing coaching. In return, we expect drive, follow-through, accountability, and a desire to improve.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role for someone who enjoys sales, problem-solving, and helping customers find the right coverage for an affordable price.

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

What we're looking for:

• An active New York Property & Casualty license required
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Adaptable and comfortable learning new technology
• Prior Allstate or captive agency experience is a plus
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

What you'll do:

• Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies
• Follow up quickly and consistently on assigned warm leads
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions
• Cross-sell auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines products
• Track pipeline activity, follow-up, and notes in the CRM
• Work toward weekly and monthly production goals
