What You’ll Be Doing Keep the Operation Flowing

• Run point on day-to-day operations across coffee, bar, kitchen, and retail
• Keep FOH & BOH working seamlessly together
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall experience
• Help bring the brand to life through social media and marketing efforts

Craft the Experience (Bar & Beverage)

• Collaborate on drink menus, seasonal features, and tasting events
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Keep the team sharp with product knowledge and training

Lead the Kitchen Team

• Ensure food is consistent, high-quality, and coming out on time
• Partner on menu updates, vendor relationships, and cost management
• Maintain top-tier food safety standards

Build & Lead a Great Team

• Help hire, train, and schedule a rockstar crew
• Create a positive, accountable, and fun culture
• Coach team members and support their growth

Deliver an Awesome Guest Experience

• Make sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of
• Handle feedback like a pro and turn problems into wins
• Stay connected with the community and represent the brand

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in hospitality leadership (brewery, restaurant, or bar = ideal)
• Strong understanding of both front and back of house operations
• Experience juggling multiple departments without dropping the ball
• Confidence, leadership, and the ability to make smart decisions fast
• Solid understanding of budgeting, inventory, and cost control
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays (this is hospitality, after all)
