What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Line Cook position at The Dalton Royal?
Hello! We are now looking for line cooks (and a lead line cook) at this location to craft and create globally inspired tropical cuisine. This is intended to be a full time position and will perform the following duties and others that may not be listed:
Work with staff to learn our cooking and plating methods.
Prep and cook ingredients for future use.
Work with and create tasks for line cooks.
Conduct inventory to check for freshness and quantity.
Receive orders from front of house.
Prepare, cook, and plate ingredients for final approval.
Comply with nutrition and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
